Introduction: Until now Skulyari was an unknown artist because of the soviet system and therefore prohibited by the KGB. Only in the last few years The State Russian Museum became interested in this intriguing artist and put on a show, however mostly "graphics". Next year there is another big exhibition of his art planned, at that time only "paintings" will be displayed.
