(which is organized every year by the International Women Club in St. Petersburg, Russia. All foreign consulates participate in this charitable event and all the donations are going for charitable causes. Participants of this years festival were the consulates of Azerbaijan, Belorussia, Canada, Cuba, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Great Britain, 
Holland, India, Luxembourg, Mexico, Sweden, Switzerland, Lithuania, Ukraine and USA)
